Meet The Team
Adam Sherry & Sonya Lebois
Adam is farm manager of our commercial strawberry farm 'Kuitpo Forest Strawberries' and is the (self proclaimed) best strawberry grower in Australia. With help from his partner Sonya they work hard to keep our shelves down at HTF as well as stores around SA fully stocked with an abundance of fresh & delicious produce.
Renee is our head chef and comes with years of experience. She is passionate about cooking & strives to use delicious local ingredients in all our dishes. She bakes all of our bread & bakery items on site as well as cooking up our range of delicious jams, sauces & chutneys.
Yvonne has over 35 years experience in the hospitality industry and started her career as a pastry chef back in Scotland. She is now in charge of creating the phenomenal range of gluten free goodies you find at Harvest The Fleurieu and being gluten intolerant herself you can be confident that only the BEST is sold to our customers.
Brenton + Vanessa Sherry
Owners Brenton & Vanessa Sherry continue to pour their heart and soul into the Harvest The Fleurieu operation but are slowly handing over the reigns to Megan & Ryan. Without their vision & sacrifice we would still be just a little caravan on the side of the road..
Megan handles everything from the staff in the Market Hall to all things administration, things would not be running without her constant hard work and commitment. Megan also happens to be our 'in house' coeliac so is in charge of taste testing all the gluten free goodies to ensure they are up to scratch for our customers ;)
Ryan & Allis Sherry
Husband and wife duo Ryan & Allis work along side each other at Harvest The Fleurieu HQ. Ryan is the farm manager of Harvest The Fleurieu as well as supervisor of the younger guys helping out on the farm.
Allis manages the social media & marketing side of things as well as whipping up our delicious house made ice-cream.
Caroline has been a part of the HTF team since we first began in our little caravan & has been a loyal and committed worker from the start. She is our manager in the market hall on Tuesday & Wednesday and handles all of the ordering and stock control.
Andrew has been a member of the HTF team since way back when. His experience with farm work is second to none and without his constant hard work HTF wouldn't be what it is today.
Dylan has been a part of HTF for years and has worked his way up the chain. Dylan started as a junior in the market hall then progressed to manager and now works out in the farm alongside Ryan. He has been reliable, trustworthy and quickly became a well respected member of the team and we hope he will be with us for many years to come.
Cheyenne is our in house SUPERSTAR and works with us seasonally as she literally 'kicks goals' for the AFLW womens Gold Coast Suns. Cheyenne has also been with us since our caravan days and has worked her way up to become another of our lovely managers!
Simone has been part of the team for a few years now and we have enjoyed watching her grow along the way. She is a wonderful addition to our kitchen crew & helps our chefs with day to day jobs such as making & bottling jam as well as helping out the front and with deliveries.
Anthony is also a new addition to the team. He has been lending a hand to the boys outside as well as learning the ropes in the market hall. He is eager to learn and we look forward to his progression throughout Summer.
