Our gluten free bread loaves are baked fresh on site by our wonderful pastry chefs in our dedicated gluten free kitchen. Pick up available Tuesday & Friday. All loaves will come as PLAIN unless a note is made to specify your prefrence for the artisan loaves (e.g. sesame seeds or poppy seeds).
Artisan Ingredients: potato starch, maize starch, sugar, psyllium husk, rice starch, salt, protein powder, buckwheat & quinoa sourdough powder, carob germ powder, emulsifiers, dry yeast, vegetable oil & water.
Sourdough Ingredients: millet flour, sorghum flour, brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, salt, water, psyllium husk, natural yeast starter.
