Our gluten free bread loaves are baked fresh on site by our wonderful pastry chefs in our dedicated gluten free kitchen. Pick up from our market hall Friday & Saturday or from Willunga Farmers Market (each Saturday 8am-12pm) or Adelaide Showground Farmers Market (every Sunday 8.30am-12.30pm). ** ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY NO LATER THAN 2PM WEDNESDAY TO SECURE PICK UP IN SAME WEEK. ORDERS PLACED AFTER THIS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK **
Unfortunately due to the price increase from suppliers we have made the decision to stop baking our artisan bread and will only make our sourdough bread until we get through our current stock which we will then also stop making. As sad as we are about this decision, we thank you for you understanding.
Sourdough Ingredients: millet flour, sorghum flour, brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, salt, water, psyllium husk, natural yeast starter.
